Six days, six graffiti artists - thats what it took to give a vibrant look to three 250-feet high walls of a Noida, India mall. The artists, who were members of the Delhi Street Art group, drew graffiti on the theme of women's empowerment, on the top floor of the mall.
"All our paintings are based on the theme of women's empowerment. We tried to highlight the many moods of women by drawing their facial expressions and hand movements. Our paintings have some masculine faces too, but by and large, we have kept it women-centric," said Yogesh Saini, founder of Delhi Street Art.
Many of the artists from the group are residents of Noida.
I was really moved by this art - thank you to everyone involved!
